A “Saved By The Bell”-Themed Restaurant Is Coming To Chicago
'Saved By The Bell' was my favorite show growing up; I've seen every episode at least ten times and I still wish high school was even REMOTELY like it was portrayed on TV. Evidently, I'm not the only one who remembers the show fondly.
A group of devoted 'SBTB' fans are recreating "The Max"--the diner featured in the show--and turning it to a pop-up restaurant! I wish I could've come up with this!
The eatery, which will be called Saved By The Max, doesn't have a final location yet, but it will open in Chicago's Wicker Park area this June. Saved By The Max will replicate all the classic decor, feature special SBTB-themed menu items (AC Sliders, Macaroni & Screech), and host a variety of events paying homage to the classic show.
