Hopewell Elementary 3rd grade student Shalini Chandupatala has pulled off a pretty impressive feat. For the second year in a row, Shalini is a finalist in the Google Doodle competition. The contest solicits illustrations that replace the Google logo on the search website for a day, known as Google Doodles.

Shalini followed this year's theme of 'What I See For The Future' in designing her Doodle, which was chosen from our region to compete against those of other students around the country.

Good luck, Shalini!
