There's a travesty going on in America right now.

According to a story on QCTimes.com, Budweiser beer, the king of beers, has slipped to number four in the U.S. "Bud heavy" was number on up until 2001, when it gave way to Bud Light. Since then, Coors Light and Miller Light have jumped into the number two and three spots respectively.

For the first time ever, the three best-selling beers in America are all light, reduced-calorie domestic lagers.

All four of America’s best-selling beers posted declining domestic sales in 2017, according to market research firm IRI, which tracks sales at “off-premise” locations like supermarkets and convenience stores.
