You've spoken Quad Cities, and the TaxSlayer Center has listened.

According to OurQuadCities.com, Scott Mullen, Executive Director of the TaxSlayer Center says about 350 people have put down $25 deposits towards season tickets for the next team to come to town.

But the question remains, will there be hockey next season? As many as six different ownership groups from three different leagues have all met with Mullen to try to bring hockey back to the Quad Cities.

Only time will tell, but Mullen says having fans pay a deposit on season tickets for next year is a good way to show a potential ownership group how serious Quad City Hockey fans are.
