On October 1st, Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping will host their open house featuring a beginner-level cardio kickboxing class at 11:30 a.m. All equipment will be provided.

If you, like me, could stand to lose a few pounds after the summer brunches, now is your chance. Join their 10 Week Challenge this Fall for a transformation! Participants in the program lose an average of 20 pounds or more. The best male and female transformations will win $1000!
