Have guests coming from out of town? Or maybe you're in the mood for a little staycation. Either way, Moline's new Element Hotel has you covered. Element just opened last week, following years of construction.

According to the QC Times, the hotel is located in an old Sears & Roebuck Warehouse and is situated next to the future site of Moline's passenger train station. The interior features original concrete ceilings and exposed brick walls, retaining the antique charm of the warehouse.

The hotel has plenty of modern, eco-friendly amenities, too, like artwork made from recycled materials, free bike rentals, and low flow faucets. A 24-hour fitness center and indoor, heated saline pool add to the features. Eventually, restaurants and retailers will occupy space adjacent to the hotel.

What a great addition to downtown Moline and the Quad Cities as a whole.

The hotel is located at 316 12th St. in downtown Moline. Find out more info here.
