H&M Coming to Northpark Mall

Exciting news for fashionistas out there- popular clothing store H&M is opening their first Iowa store at Northpark Mall in Davenport.

According to the QC Times, a 20,000 square foot location will open there this fall.

"We feel like H&M is always looking for the best locations and that is an important part of the expansion project for us," H&M spokesman Patrick Shaner said Friday. "The time has come and we're very excited to be coming to Iowa."

This is huge news, not only for the mall but for the Quad Cities in general. The fact that they would choose to open a location in Davenport and not Des Moines or Iowa City really shows that the QCA is continuing to grow. I, for one, am excited that the company has chosen this area and can't wait to check out the new store.
