She's taking the place of America's longest serving Governor and is confident she's ready.

Iowa will be noted for two new positions once President-elect, Donald Trump, takes office. Current Iowa Governor, Terry Brandstad, has accepted Trump's nomination for ambassador to China. This means Lt. Governor, Kim Reynolds, will serve and become Iowa's first woman Governor.

Lt. Gov. Reynolds feels her six years of service has prepared her well for this position and is not shy about assuming this role serving Iowans. In fact, I admire her confidence.
