I look forward to taking a nap every day. Some days I get one, some days I don't. My favorite place to take a nap is my super comfy couch in my living room. On the days that I don't get a nap, I normally go to bed really, really early.

A new story from Time.com tells us not only the benefits of the perfect nap, but how to take the perfect nap like napping for 20 to 25 minutes, napping in an actual bed, and taking a nap at the same time every day. I fail at all of these.

I don't know if the bosses here will let me move a bed into my office so I can take an afternoon siesta, but you know me...I'm willing to try anything once. Never underestimate the power of a good nap. Happy Monday friends.
