Portions of I-74 Bridge Work to End This Week

If your morning or evening commutes consist of traveling across the I-74 bridge, your headaches could be coming to an end.

Illinois Department of Transportation announced if all goes well, construction on I-74 bridge Illinois bound could finish this week.

IDOT hopes to have I-74 Iowa bound construction finished by Labor Day weekend.

Pavement work began in April 2016, which caused for lane closures and major delays.
