Quad Cities Children’s RC Cancer Fly
We got a message from Nick Ziegler on our B100 Facebook page this morning. He wanted to tell us about a event he's involved in:
This weekend, bring a chair and come watch the biggest littlest airshow in the Midwest. Real turbine jets, micro planes, giant scale planes, WW1, WW2 aircraft, aerobatic aircraft and much more.
Free to the public. 20 minutes out of the Quad Cities. Go past the old QC downs, past Joslin, look for the Erie exit. Take Erie exit hang a left and look for the Erie airport sign.
Free to the public. Amazing fun!!! Hundreds of planes.
All proceeds support Alex's Lemonade Stand. Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) is a national childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research into new treatments and cures for all children battling cancer.
