Quad City Neighborhood Welcomes A New Coffee Shop

I grew up in Davenport. It doesn't look anything like it used to when I was a kid. The area that I've seen (as well as most residents) is the area along Harrison street between Locust street and pry 13th street or so. It's called the Harrison Street Hilltop Campus.

According to OurQuadCities.com, a new coffee shop has opened up on Harrison. The Brewed Book is now open. It's a father/son coffee shop and used book store venture.

This opening means the Hilltop Campus has had six new shops open up this year and 54 total new businesses since 2009. Bringing $65 million dollars in investments.
