There have been multiple tornado sirens heard around the Quad cities. There are currently severe thunder strom warnings every where in the Quad Cities. There is a TORNADO warning in Clinton County! Be sure to take cover and people in the Quad Cities be sure to keep an eye or ear out.

The tornado warning is at least until 8PM tonight.

There have been multiple power outages reported around the QC. Also, many trees and tree branches have been knocked down in the QCA. It is best to stay indoors in a safe area! We are in the middle of the storm! We are tracking everything and staying on top of it.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM CDT FOR CENTRAL
CLINTON COUNTY...

At 725 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Welton, or 12 miles southeast of Maquoketa, moving
northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
DeWitt, Grand Mound, Welton, Malone and Clinton County Fairgrounds.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

Heavy rainfall may hide this tornado. Do not wait to see or hear the
