If you're driving through Iowa, two words...don't speed. I mean that's pretty much a given, but don't do it through three communities in Iowa.

According to KWQC, some speed cameras that the Iowa DOT turned off will be turned back on according to a ruling today. The I-DOT cannot regulate cameras owned by the cities.

The cities include Des Moines, Cedar Rapids and Muscatine, which filed a lawsuit stating I-DOT did not have jurisdiction on city-owned and operated traffic cams.
