Your Chance To Be The Voice Of A Quad Cities Icon

I've been in radio a long time. I've also voiced thousands of commercials. One thing I've always wanted to do is be the voice of a cartoon. I did some research into this process, and apparently you have to be a member of the Screen Actors Guild.

Now is YOUR chance to be the voice of a cartoon, and skip the S.A.G. Rudy's Tacos is searching for the voice of "Rudy." The contest is open to anyone by going to the Rudy's Tacos Facebook page. Come take your chance to be the voice of one of the Quad Cities most iconic characters.

The contest is Thursday, June 1st from 4pm to 6pm at Rudy's Cantina in the Village of East Davenport. The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges including me, Wes Jordan. There will be prizes, and the winner will have a new gig as the voice of "Rudy."
