According to WQAD.com and the Better Business Bureau, your kids are 53 times more likely to have their identity stolen than adults.

This disappoints me. I've actually known some parents that have used their kids identity to get credit. Here's how I see it, let the kids screw it up themselves. Someday they will need to go to college to get ahead in this world, and if their credit is ruined before they even graduate high school they'll have no other choice but to be a cashier at Wal-mart or flipping burgers at McDonalds (which I'm not knocking in anyway.)

Don't we want better for our kids? Not only do we have to physically protect them, but we have to protect their identities as well for their future.
