Businesses Giving Freebies and Discounts for Veterans Day

Veterans Day marks the day when we honor those who laid it on the line for us to have our freedom.

One of the ways Veterans are honored today is through the purchasing of meals, drinks, or whatever else some businesses may offer.

We've put together a list of where the discounts and deals are for today, so be sure to thank a Veteran, and if you are a Veteran, thank you.

If you take advantage of these freebies and discounts, you'll need some proof of service.

Veterans Day Deals

Olive Garden - Free meals from a select menu. Offer is dine in only.

Outback Steakhouse - Free Bloomin' Onion and a Coke Product. They also hold a daily hero discount, offering 10% off of the check for service members, police officers, firefighters and first responders with a valid state or federal service ID.

Buffalo Wild Wings - Free order of 10 boneless wings and fries. Dine-in or takeout.

Texas Roadhouse - Handing out dinner vouchers from 11am to 2pm, which can be redeemed before May 30, 2022.

Dunkin' Donuts - Free donut of choice.

IHOP - Free pancakes with choice of two limited-time menu items. Available 7am-7pm.

Starbucks - Active duty, veterans and military spouses can get a free 12 ounce hot brewed coffee.

Krispy Kreme - Free doughnut of choice and a free small coffee, iced or hot.

Caribou Coffee - Free small cup of hot brewed coffee for veterans, active military members and their spouses.

Casey's General Store - All services members past and present can get a free cup of coffee.

Denny's - Free grand slam. Dine-in only.

Applebee's - Free meal from select menu. Dine-in only. Veterans also will receive a '$5 bounce back' card to redeem within three weeks.

Wendy's - Free breakfast combo from 6:30am-10:30am.

Bob Evans - Free meal from a select menu.

Chili's Grill & Bar - Free meal from a special menu.

Cracker Barrel - Free slice of double chocolate fudge Coca-Cola cake with purchase.

Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Free pulled pork sandwich.

Einstein Bros. Bagels - Free hot or iced coffee of any size with purchase.

Famous Dave's - Free lunch Georgia Chopped Pork Sandwich with a side.

Fazoli's - Free regular spaghetti with meat or marinara sauce.

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers - Free combo meal cards who visit today, valid through November 30th.

Golden Corral - Free dinner buffet and drinks from 5-9pm.

Hooter's - Free meal from a special menu.

Insomnia Cookies - Free six-pack of cookies with any purchase.

Little Caesars - Free lunch combo between 11am-2pm.

Logan's Roadhouse - Free American Roadhouse meal from 3-6pm.

Love's Travel Stop - Buy one roller grill item, receive another and a coffee or fountain drink free.

Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom - Free starter up to $11.99 with purchase of an entrée.

On The Border - Free Pick 2 Combo.

Perkin's Restaurant & Bakery - Free magnificent seven breakfast meal.

Pilot Flying J - $10 Meal Credit.

Qdoba Mexican Eats - 50% off any entrée in-store.

Red Lobster - Free appetizer or dessert for veterans.

Red Robin - Through November 14th, Red Robin Military Royalty members can get a free Red’s Tavern Double Burger.

Ruby Tuesday's - Free garden bar entrée for active members and veterans.

Smashburger - Free single classic.

Taco John's - Free small beef combo.

TGI Friday's - Free select meal from 11am - 2pm.
