...damn about my bad reputation!

I went into unknown territory last night at Purgatory's Pub for #KaraokeToCancun with some Joan Jett! I have no idea if it even sounded good, but I'll be damned if it wasn't a fun song to song.

Last night was heavy on the country music... Not my normal cup of tea/coffee/water/liquid but there were some great singers. Some guy kept bragging that he had co-founded and sang with the band Alabama. Sure! My personal favorites of the evening were a couple. The young lady rapped a spirited rendition of J-Kwon's "Tipsy" and her partner, know only as "Swamp Man," performed a version of Motley Crue's "Smokin' In The Boy's Room" that was only recognizable due to the music playing underneath, but was very entertaining nonetheless.

Two more weeks to qualify for that trip in Cancun, folks! The last week, we'll be loaded down with prizes for everyone!
