Davenport Public Library Selling Books

Are you looking for the perfect gift for the bookworm on your list?

According to KWQC, the Davenport Public Library is selling off more than one-thousand books this Friday and Saturday. Some include classic novels like War and Peace, Treasure Island, and Huckleberry Finn.

If you're interested in purchasing something, the book sale will be at the Whittenmyer branch at 6000 Eastern Ave. on Friday from noon to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.
