Free Meals for First Responders at These QC Restaurants

QC police, EMTs and firefighters are invited to a free meal from these local restaurants Sept., 11 and Sept, 12.

The free meals are being offered to first responders in honor of their service at Steventon's, Blue Iguana (LeClaire), City Limits (Rock Island) and The Tangled Wood (Bettendorf).

First responders are asked to show their IDs and they can get a free meal of up to $25 at any of these restaurants.

To thank our first responders for all they do, we invite them to have a FREE lunch or dinner on us (up to $25). Just present your ID upon arrival. Friday & Saturday only.

The promotion is for dine-in only and according to Steventon's Facebook page, they plan to 'cook up' another promotion honoring nurses and dispatchers and more in the near future.

Sounds like a class act to me.
