Fundraiser for Bettendorf Schools Tomorrow at Fresh Blends

It always feels good to eat healthy. It feels even better when it benefits kids from Bettendorf Middle School.

Smoothies from Fresh Blends, Cumberland Square, Bettendorf, IA. have been some of my favorite things the past three weeks. I have one nearly everyday from there. I like to replace a meal with something flooded with real food, no fillers, nothing synthetic and feeling good knowing that I am doing something great for my health. Every step I  make counts. Every bite will make a difference, so I choose Fresh Blends in my diet, a LOT.

From 1 p.m. - 8 p.m. tomorrow, October 5, 2016, Fresh Blends will be donating $1 from every 20 oz smoothie sold to Bettendorf Middle School.

If you've wanted to try the smoothies I talk about on-air, now's a great opportunity. Fresh Blends is located across from The Bettendorf Children's Museum. If you are in to fall flavors, the Pumpkin and Caramel Apple smoothies are both great. I'm loving the Salted Caramel or Toffee smoothies right now. Peanut Butter cup is always great and boy, if I don't stop now, I'll give away the whole menu.
