‘Human’ Song Debuts to Help Children in Need [VIDEO]

What am I jamming to today? Something awesome my pop artist friend helped create.

I love introducing you to new artists, the music and causes they are a part of and all around letting you know who they are as humans. It's important to remember they are. Others who are different than we are, are all only human, after all.

Last year, I was excited to tell you about my new friend, Matthew John and share my L.A., 'red carpet' experience. In fact, it's hard not to find a time when I am not excited about Matthew John. Not only is he an extremely talented musician, song-writer and performer, he is just as equally a wonderful friend, whose been known to write little songs for me and sing them on video and text me on Valentine's Day because he knows I was struggling with singleness and being a little lonely from time-to-time. See? He made time for me in a time when I needed a pick-me-up. That is a great friend and I appreciate what he is up to.

Ever since my first introduction to Matthew John, his dream has been to share the message of love and hope through his music. He has such a love for people and an integrity that will only allow him to use his talents for good. In all my years of experience in this industry, it is a rare commodity.

The project and song is called #HUMAN and it's to help raise money for children in need.  OC Hit Factory's YouTube description says,

"OC Hit Factory's charity single/video to raise money for the children of Olive Crest, a non profit organization, preventing child abuse and supports at-risk children and families with life-transforming programs and adoption."

Matthew has been working his way up the L.A. music scene and now, continues with a new single, 'Get Down'.
