All the freaks of the Quad Cities descended on the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds on Saturday night for the biggest Halloween Costume Ball in the Midwest, and there was no shortage of great costumes.

Fall is here and that means it's time to get ready for the annual Dwyer & Michaels Halloween Costume Ball.
