Locust street road work

New road closures have begun on Locust Street in front of the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds. But they are good news because that means the project is almost done.

Originally, traffic was thought to resume after a few short weeks of repairs, but now officials are saying that construction could very well continue through the end of July.
