3 Word Wknd, Tutu, Janice Aaand…

It's Monday! Normally, there's absolutely nothing to celebrate about the day, BUT today it's actually sort of, kinda warm out! It's above freezing, so it practically feels like summer here in the QC! Mondays mean Three Word Weekends, too!

My 3WW is...

- Tutu: I hosted & DJ'd for Ballet Quad Cities' Tutu Fabulous event to promote their bullying prevention program! A great-looking crowd came out to sample some wine, bid on some pretty sweet items, and catch a performance of "Dirty Martini" by the dancers. They blew me away with the casual cool vibes they imbued the performance with. After the "official" event, we had a little dance party, including a human train dancing around the 2nd floor of Hotel Blackhawk... No complaints have come in yet!

- Janice: Saturday night brought on another round of improv shows for The Blacklist, one of which I hosted! The other, however, was given over to Janice Improv from Iowa City. These four ladies put on an awesome long-form improv show to get the crowd warmed up for our Shots 'N Giggles after!

- Wings: Did a little brunchin' action on Sunday with my friends Rhenn & Seth. Had some awesome wings from Granite City & then they stole my phone.
