Was It Wrong To Laugh (Hysterically) At This?

So I saw this video this morning on the website of our news partner WQAD.com. Here's my simple question. Was it wrong that I laughed so hard I snorted? I mean, is that sort of thing frowned upon? Take a look. While you may feel a tiny bit of empathy I'll bet you laugh too.
