On Monday, Clarksville, Iowa-native and Season 16 winner of American Idol, Maddie Poppe, announced for the second year in a row, she is hitting the road for her Acoustic Christmas Tour. The tour will hit the road this November with the first stop being in Arnolds Park, Iowa, and hitting select cities across the U.S.

Last year during the 2020 holiday season, Maddie released a holiday EP titled Christmas From Home on November 20th. She then went on a near-sold-out acoustic Christmas tour throughout the state of Iowa.

Maddie said in a press release,

“I’m so excited to be back on the road again this year. Last year’s Iowa Christmas tour was so much fun that we decided to expand it out to the rest of the country this year. It will be so nice to see faces both familiar and new this holiday season."

Maddie will have two stops in eastern Iowa this year. Her first will be in Dubuque at the Diamond Jo Casino. Her second eastern Iowa stop will be in Cedar Rapids at the Paramount Theatre.

Maddie's other Iowa stops include Arnolds Park (Nov. 21), Northwood (Dec. 18), and Cedar Falls (Dec. 31).

Tickets for all 15 shows for Maddie Poppe's Acoustic Christmas Tour will go on sale Friday, October 15th at 10 a.m. local time. Maddie will also be bringing her Christmas tour to towns in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Rhode Island, California, Oregon, Montana, Missouri, Ohio, and Tennessee.
