We're enjoying our favorite holiday snacks now and there's a hidden fact about one of them you should know.

Every Halloween we debate whether candy corn is good or just mini-traffic cone-sized rubber, every Christmas we typically debate whether we like eggnog or what it even is (both candy corn and eggnog are excellent, don't @ me) because we have our faves this time of the year.

But one debate has been all over my social media lately: are the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Snack Cakes even good? My bestie prefers the brand's gingerbread cookies (which are also delightful) and other people come to the attack or defense of the classic Christmas Tree Cakes.

I went on an unplanned mini-shopping marathon this morning to find one snack. These:

I looked at both the Walmart and Target on Elmore and one of the Hy-Vee's, but all 3 were out of these creations. I finally found them, a "Big Pack" of them, and there's something to note about the "Big Pack" of these festive snacks.

What The "Secret" Is

I noticed this box was kinda big and heavy for a snack cake box when I got it off the shelf, but I just figured that's because of an extra cake in it. Nope.

The Christmas Tree Cakes themselves are bigger in a "Big Pack".

And I'm talking notably bigger than the OG snack cakes.

From what I could find online, the only place to get the "Big Pack" containers is at Walmart or if you're feeling daring, on eBay.

But clearly, as I found out, "Big Pack" or not, if you like these little festive snacks, get a box off the shelf if you see one around the QC, as they seem to be getting pretty rare.
