Got a old American Flag that is tattered and torn? Don’t throw it out!

According to KWQC, there’s flag etiquette. There’s a proper way to dispose of it. To make this easier for you, the VFW Post 9128 in Bettendorf (2814 State St.) has a retired mailbox that doubles as a receptacle for your old worn out flags.

All you have to do is drop your flag off in the old mailbox and the VFW will take care of the rest. Just don’t drop your mail in it.
