Quad Cities River Bandits Opening Day

There's no day more exciting for baseball fans in the Quad Cities.

While I am, admittedly, not the most knowledgeable about baseball, when it comes to our River Bandits and Modern Woodmen Park, I am all heart. I love nothing more than the ambiance of the baseball stadium, the view along the Mississippi River, the glow of the Centennial Bridge and the fireworks at night. All of it combined has provided some of the best memories for me and my family.

Tomorrow, April 6th, 2017 is opening day. Grab the family and your friends and head to  Modern Woodmen Park, ranked the best minor league ball park in the nation, for pre-game fireworks. I will be there on the diamond to say my 'hellos' and welcome you on opening day as our River Bandits take on the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers.
