A Big Snowstorm Could Hit the Quad Cities on Monday
If you've been missing the snow, we have good news for you: a potentially large snow system could be hitting the QC early next week.
WQAD reports a "doozy" of a winter storm is a strong possibility on Monday.
Meteorologist Eric Sorenson said,
Right now, two different models are showing two different snowfall amounts. They both confirm, though, that snow will begin Sunday night and continue into Monday afternoon.
Meteorologist Bill Bellis from Fox 32 Chicago is a bit more confident in his predictions; forecasting almost 6 inches of snow for Davenport. He does mention that there's still time for the system to swing to the south of us, however. Looks like this truly is a wait-and-see situation.
