A Popular Davenport Store Just Made a Big Announcement

Popular Davenport consignment shop Once Upon a child announced in a recent Facebook post that they're moving to a bigger location.

"1 month from today we take possession of our new space!
We are so excited to move- we are hoping you all are too?!!!
June 2018 we will be moving next to Fresh Thyme on Kimberly Road!!"

"We are excited for more space, a fresh look, and better parking and access to the store!!!! Thanks all!!"

The store, which sells pre-owned children's clothing,  toys, and equipment, mentioned in a comment that the new space is going to be 3299 square feet. In contrast, their current location on 53rd Street is only 2,100 square feet.

Once Upon a Child also said that the bigger location will allow for a larger inventory room and guests will now have the option to use a cart when shopping.

The shop mentioned in a separate post that they are now hiring. Presumably, a bigger space will require more employees.
