Bettendorf Business Owner Arrested….. AGAIN

The co-owner of the Treehouse restaurant in Bettendorf is in trouble with the law once again.

Brian Rashid was arrested by the Bettendorf Police Department at 12:01 this afternoon for allegedly driving under suspension, driving while revoked, and display of plates. He posted a cash bond of $3,300 and walked free after just 44 minutes in custody.

This comes on the heels of an arrest earlier this year that outraged in the QCA after the public was made aware of his lengthy arrest record going back almost 15 years.
