Catfishing Continues In Davenport

The 'Catfish Guy' went viral with photos, video and memes of his hauling a 35+ lb catfish he caught (noodled) in the flood waters of downtown Davenport.

Now a Davenport family is getting into the act. If you thought you saw an inflatable T-Rex walking by Davenport City Hall, you were right. Two Quad Citians dressed in dino suits, grabbed a nearby model catfish and went for a walk. Take a look at the WQAD.com video here.

According to WQAD, the mom of one of the dinosaurs (she didn’t want to be named) posted the video on April 8. When she woke up the next day, she was shocked. There were over 15,000 views as of this morning.

That number continues to rise as this video goes from local to viral.
