Davenport Police Department Hosting Free Lunch At Texas Roadhouse

What's better than a tasty lunch that helps a good cause? The Davenport PD will serve a special "free" lunch at Texas Roadhouse on April 13 from 11AM-2PM. The menu for the event will include pulled pork, sides, rolls, and a beverage.

Although the lunch is technically free, they are asking for donations for the Special Olympics. 100 percent of donations go towards the cause, making it a win-win for all involved.

Other locations participating in the lunch include Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, and Coralville.
