Davenport Police in 2 Hour Standoff with Felon
Davenport police had to call in additional help during this standoff.
Davenport felon, Rodney Foutch, barricaded himself in an upper bedroom at a Davenport residence yesterday, according to WQAD.com.
Foutch, who has an extensive criminal record, was wanted for "2 counts of felon in possession of a firearm, possession of meth with intent to distribute, harassment 3rd degree and federal warrants."
Police also had to barricade off the residence, call in Negotiators and an Emergency Services Team in order to get him to come out of the house. After two hours, Foutch gave himself up and is currently being held in Scott County jail.
