Davenport’s Freight House Farmers’ Market Outdoor Season Returns This Weekend
A Quad Cities summer time staple is returning this weekend! The Freight House Farmers' Market will start back up for the 2021 season. Get ready to get all of your produce, delicious food, and more in downtown Davenport.
This is one of my wife and I's favorite activities to do in the summer in the Quad Cities. Going down to the Freight House Farmers' Market and strolling around, drinking a Cherry Bomb Blonde from Front Street Brewery, and spending ALL of my money.
With the weather returning back into the 80's this weekend and all dry weather, it's going to be a perfect to head to the Freight House Farmers' Market for the start of their outdoor season. The are heading outside for the first time in 2021 this weekend.
According to the official Freight House Farmers' Market Facebook page, they will be having vendors outside and open on Saturday's from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sunday's from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Wednesday's from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
As it says in the Facebook post above, you'll be able to find a lot of goodies at the Freight House Farmers' Market. Veggies, meats, cheese, salsa (my fav), flowers, hot food, great drinks, wine (my other fav), sweets, treats and more! Make sure you bring enough money because you are going to want to buy everything. Trust me.
Clear your schedule and get ready for outdoor season at the Freight House Farmers' Market kicking off this weekend. More details can be found on the Freight House Farmers Market Facebook page and website.
