Favorite Quad Cities Restaurant Announces New Cuisine Change
One restaurant is jumping to a different continent for food options.
Beloved tequila bar, brunch restaurant, and Mexican restaurant D'Lua has announced that a new cuisine will be coming and will feature different fare than it's other locations.
It is called D’Lua Pasta & Sushi ("an exciting new experience from D’Lua Fusion Cuisine and Bar") and it will be at D'Lua's 18th Street location in Bettendorf.
But the new location won't be the pancakes and tacos you're used to seeing from D'Lua.
This new restaurant will be Italian and Japanese fusion food. With "a little touch of Mexican flavor".
They had their new menu's soft opening earlier this month. But they are starting pancake and brunch menus on Saturday, July 19th.
The revamped Bettendorf location will still serve brunch. The menus at the other D'Lua locations (Rock Island, Moline, Davenport's riverfront, and their Bettendorf State Street location) will all still serve the Mexican food and breakfasts that they have been known for.

As for what the full D'Lua Pasta & Sushi menu itself will look like, I couldn't find the exact new menu listed anywhere. But D'Lua has been posting certain items on their social media. You can keep up with the new D'Lua Bettendorf menu on the location's Facebook page.
