Eastern Iowa Woman To Be On Popular Netflix Dating Show
One Iowa woman is hoping to find love via Netflix.
Remember back during COVID when us dating reality show fans were glued to "Love Is Blind" on Netflix? They brought social distancing to the dating scene and made it ~dramatic~. If you're not familiar with it, in the show, potential partners "date" behind a wall, building up to the grand reveal (often of a fiance) at the end. And in the meantime, there's always drama in the men's house and the women's house as they argue over partners and spread rumors.
The new season is really about to bring it home.
25-year-old Iowa City native Mackenzie Tenold is set to be one of the contestants in the new season of "Love Is Blind" on Netflix.
She's a makeup artist, currently in Charlotte, North Carolina but is from Iowa City. According to her website, she graduated from the University of Iowa. She'll be in the new season, which premieres on Valentine's Day (ice cream & Netflix, anyone?).
"Love Is Blind" debuted in February 2020, but this is already going to be the 6th season of the show. Before Mackenzie's season, you can binge the first 5 seasons of it on Netflix.
