Here’s A St. Paddy’s Day Treat To Start Your Day
We are taking one last trip into the B100 kitchen with help from foodnetwork.com for another St. Patrick's Day dish. This one is perfect to start the day...Spinach Pancakes and Corned Beef Hash. Maybe if your hosting friends and family for the parade, this would be a delicious conversation with your guests. Might help all the green beer and Jameson go down. Grab your aprons and lets get cooking.
Lemme tell you... This dish would make even our resident health food nut Joni wanting more. I personally would just take the eggs and corned beef hash. Maybe it would taste amazing with a pint of Guinness or a shot of Jameson? O.K, a lot of shots of Jameson. Happy St. Patrick's Day. Watch for us in the St. Patrick's Day Parade.
