Here’s Another Delicious Irish Treat

Let's strap on our aprons friends. It's time to step back into the B100 kitchen where today we are making Irish Soda Bread. This recipe goes all the way back to my ancestors in Ireland.

This makes a fairly dense, rustic (ugly, even) loaf of bread that is tasty and not sweet. It is crusty and rough on the outside, chewy inside. Nummy hot with lots of butter (yep, I just said "nummy")!
