If your week has been like mine, laughter is the best medicine.

I know you've had them. Weeks that just seem to start off crazy and by Wednesday, you are saying, 'Can this week be over with already?"

I love nothing more than being able to laugh. Not just any laugh, though. The snorting-through-your-nose, laugh-so-hard-no-sound-comes-out-of-your-open-mouth, tears-streaming-so-hard-your-nose-runs, head-on-counter-while -shoulders-move-up-and-down, can-hardly-breathe kind of laughs. Those are the best and most healing types.

Add drool and it's even funnier.

I had one of those today when I saw this video. I thought I'd share because I don't want you to miss out on that kind of laughter, either.

It seems the power of laughter has a way of changing things and making an instant, positive change. I feel better already.
