So as to no surprise, 3/4 people will say that 2020 was the most stressful year of our lives. It's not like the clock striking midnight on December 31st wiped that away either.

Out of all the things we cans stress about, a study by SWNS found what we're all stressing out about.

The Top 5 are definitely good stressors:

  1. Lack of Savings in the Bank
  2. The Current State of the Country
  3. Politics
  4. Living Paycheck to Paycheck
  5. Worrying About Contracting COVID

The survey also went through to figure out the states that are stressed the most, and to no surprise, Iowa is the least stressed state in the country.

SWNS looked at an evenly distributed 12,500 people by state, and asked how long a day they spend worrying. Missouri was the worst, with an average three hours and eighteen minutes a day.
