This movie is too important not to see and it will be held right here in the Quad Cities.Teen drug use has gone up but not how you think. Prescription drug abuse is on the rise and so is the addiction to opioids. It's an on-going topic I see in magazines, online and has been the topic of numerous conversations on podcasts I listen to.

If you have 26 minutes to spare with your teen, this might be one of the most important movies you could ever watch together.

According to the QCTimes.com,

Area leaders, law enforcement, student performers and musicians who wrote original music for the movie will all be there, as part of a way to raise community and state-wide awareness. I've had too many friends who have lost a loved one to this type of drug abuse. It's a conversation that needed to happen a long time ago and I'm happy to see it's happening in the Quad Cities.
