Iowa Students Will Not Have to Make Up School Days Canceled By COVID-19
Under normal circumstances, school cancelations mean makeup days for students, but the COVID-19 pandemic has changed all of that.
CBS Iowa reports that Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds will waive the requirement for schools to have to makeup days lost due to the coronavirus.
Reynolds announced on Sunday that all Iowa schools should close for the next four weeks.
Classes scheduled from Monday, March 16 to April 12 are not required to be rescheduled.
