In honor of Veterans Day on Saturday, November 11th, Public House in Davenport, Iowa, will be hosting an event called Food For Vets in collaboration with The QC Veteran Outreach Center. This event is all about giving back and honoring our heroes who served us with utmost courage and pride.

The QC Veteran Outreach Center is a non-profit organization, working relentlessly towards the betterment of local veterans. Their steadfast mission to provide aid, support, and respect to these brave men and women has left a commendable impact on our community.

Public House in Davenport is urging the local community to rally their support for the event which will be taking place between 11 am and 6 pm on November 11th. This initiative offers a fantastic opportunity to give back to the veterans in a very practical and meaningful way.

Here Are Things To Bring

The Food For Vets event encourages attendees to bring items such as blankets, gloves, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, razors, body wash, and any other personal items that they think might be useful for our veterans. Additionally, any canned goods and boxed food are also greatly appreciated.

Apart from this, open donations are also being accepted and encouraged during the event. These monetary contributions will significantly assist the QC Veteran Outreach Center in continuing its much-needed services for our local veterans.
