18th Annual QC Fire Hockey Benefit Game Hits the Ice for Charity
The 18th Annual QC Fire Hockey Benefit Game is sliding into Moline this March. It’s time to trade the fire hoses for hockey sticks as our local heroes face off for a great cause.
Scoring Big for History
This year, all proceeds go directly to the Davenport Fire Museum. This nonprofit works tirelessly to preserve over a century of firefighting history. By showing up, you’re helping honor the men and women who have kept our community safe for generations.
Game Day Details
The action kicks off on Saturday, March 7, at 3:30 PM at The Vibrant Arena in Moline. Admission is only $5, making it the cheapest way to see a bunch of firefighters try not to "fall" for each other on the ice. Between periods, you can try your luck with:
- A 50/50 raffle
- Exciting raffle prizes
- A silent auction
Stick Around for More
The fun doesn't stop when the final buzzer sounds. "Stick around after the game to watch the QC Storm take on the Fayetteville Marksmen at 7:10 PM." It’s a full day of hockey that’s sure to be "on fire"—in a good way, of course!
If you want to help out, "reach out to the QC Fire Hockey Facebook page" to sponsor the event or donate auction items.
