One Direction is splitting up--at least temporarily--and many seem to think that Harry Styles is set to pursue a solo career. Jay-Z has taken notice. The hip-hop icon says he can turn the 1D member into "the biggest artist in the world."

Jay-Z told The Daily Star he feels that Harry can make the difficult transition from being part of a group to having solo success:

I can get him working with the bigger artists, the biggest producers -- and have him as the biggest artist in the world within a year ... I would love to sign Harry. Simon [Cowell] is going to want to carry on working with him, of course. But we could do a joint venture ... And Harry can make more than enough money for everybody to get a piece of the pie.

Jay-Z has influenced the careers of many, including Kanye West, Rihanna and Justin Timberlake--who knows quite a bit about turning group success into stardom. Will Harry be next?
