McDonald’s is Giving Away Free Breakfast to Educators This Week
Mornings just became a little better for area educators. You can get a free breakfast from McDonald's this week.
McDonald's has announced educators deserve a break today, so they're offering free meals to teachers, school staff and administrators as a 'thank you.'
Simply show any McDonald's cashier your school ID and you can get hash browns and one of three different sandwiches along with a drink.
"Together with our Owner/Operators, we're proud to serve the people who make our communities a better place, and this is an important time to say thank you to some of our everyday heroes," McDonald's USA President Joe Erlinger said in the release.
McDonald’s gave away 12 million free “thank you” meals to first responders and healthcare workers last year.
According to CNN Business, McDonald's is also inviting other people to show their love for the teachers and educators in their lives by using the hashtag on #ThankYouMeal on Twitter, TikTok or Instagram. You can also download McDonald's free Thank You e-card to send to someone directly.
