Now this is some good 2020 humor we all need. Whether you watch ABC's 'The Bachelorette' or 'The Bachelor,' the Moline Police Department hilariously reminds citizens how much they love protecting their citizens while trolling Clare and Dale from 'The Bachelorette.'

**WARNING: Some spoilers ahead**

2020 has been a trying year and when people can find a way to spread love and laughs, it makes this year a little less crappy.

The Moline Police Department shared a social media post on Thursday reminding their citizens just how much they love serving them with references to the reality show 'The Bachelorette.' They also poked a little fun at the election and other police departments within the Quad Cities.

In their post, the Moline Police Department says,

"Our love for service is stronger than Clare’s love for Dale on the The Bachelorette and we aren’t stringing Rock Island, East Moline, Davenport or Bettendorf along, when you visit Moline, we love serving you as well."

If you haven't seen a second of this season (can we call it a season?) of 'The Bachelorette,' Clare Crawley (the bachelorette) falls hard for one of the guys vying her heart, Dale. Throughout the first weeks, it's pretty apparent that Clare wants nothing to with any of the other guys and only wants Dale. She basically goes along with how the show normally progresses until her love for Dale is too much and she ends her season early.

I didn't watch Thursday's episode but I do know that Clare has a big announcement and a new bachelorette, Tayshia Adams, takes her place.

Read the full statement below and always know, the Moline Police Department loves you and is always one phone call away.

"We are living in extreme times of uncertainty, a pandemic and wondering why it takes more than three days to count to 270.

But we want each of you to know, that we are here for you and we love serving this community.

Our love for service is stronger than Clare’s love for Dale on the The Bachelorette and we aren’t stringing Rock Island, East Moline, Davenport or Bettendorf along, when you visit Moline, we love serving you as well.

Stay positive in these uncertain and unpredictable times, but always know, we are one call away."
